H ιαπωνική εταιρεία ανακοίνωσε πως αποσύρει το Wii Street U από το Wii U.

Στα αρχίδια σας, ξέρω, το λαγούμι όμως πάει πιο βαθιά...

Ήταν Πέμπτη, 24 Σεπτεμβρίου 2015  όταν κατάφερα και μάζεψα ότι PIN codes είχα από παιχνίδια της Nintendo καθώς η καταληκτική ημερομηνία του προγράμματος Nintendo Vip/Club έφτανε στο πέρας της, Από τα λίγα Redeemable αστέρια λοιπόν που μάζεψα αποφάσισα να τα εξαργυρώσω σε αυτό το App, σημείωση, όταν πρωτοκυκλοφόρησε το έδιναν δωρεάν για ένα διάστημα (τότε που δεν είχα την κονσόλα) και έπειτα χρέωναν 5 ευρώ!

Προσέξτε ότι στο mail δεν αναφέρει πουθενά αν και πότε ο κωδικός λήγει! με τη βαρεμάρα που με έδερνε δεν τον εξαργύρωσα αμέσως, το άφησα για... φέτος.

ΆΚΥΡΟ ΨΑΡΑ!


Το Wii U δε μου το δέχονταν, οπότε εμπρός λοιπόν καλό μου Support, δημοσιεύω αυτούσια τα mail, pardon my english ;P

Hi, on Last September the 24th I redeemed from the stars catalogue the "Wii Street U powered by Google" with the following Code: A07SAKT12XC2XF07
The thing is, for personal reasons, I was not able to redeem the code these past months, and because of the new year's Holliday, finally I was able to go on with the redemming process only to find out that the code had "expired"

I have the e-mail that was sent to me on the 24th of September and there is no mention of an expiration date for that code.
Please help me and I wish you a Wonderfull New Year!

I am sorry to read of the issues that you have been experiencing with Club Nintendo.


We regret to inform you that the website has now officially closed in regards to registering products and redeeming PIN codes to accounts, this includes redeeming Star Catalogue download codes. The deadline for this was the 30th September 2015 at 22:59.


Unfortunately we are unable to extend this deadline and will be unable to offer any circumvention in this instance.


We apologise for upset or disappointment that has been caused by the high traffic issues that we have experienced in the past few days. We did extend the time to place orders up until midday on 08/10/15 as a gesture of goodwill due to the problems caused by the traffic, but this has now been shut down.

Thank you for your reply, though you did not answer my question about the expiration of the PIN.

Again, I mentioned that on the automated email that was sent to me with the PIN number, there was no mention of an expiration date for that PIN, Neither on the link you replied to me was any mention that the PINs will expire on September the 30th too, It explicity mentions just the Stars exchanging will end!

I Know that this is a technicality, though I hardly see the point why I, a loyal customer, have to be punished for such an oversight on your part.From the point that I already provided you with the PIN number you could check if it has been registered or not, So why don't you just sent me a new one and I will register it immidiatelly.

Unfortunately, with Club Nintendo's website closing down, there is no new PIN to send to you.


Thank you for your email regarding your Club Nintendo PIN code.


Additionally this information is stated on out official webpage, outlining the discontinuation of PIN codes being provided with games, as well as their use.


“April 1st 2015: from this date, Nintendo will no longer include product registration cards with its packaged games, so such products cannot be registered in Club Nintendo. You may still find product registration cards in games that were in stock before this date, however.”

Reading the last reply  I unfortunatelly realised that there has been a misunderstanding, what I was refering to as "PIN" I meant the Download Code that was provided to me from the star exchanging program, not the product registration cards.Therefore my objection still stands about the Expiration of the Download Codes.

I am terribly sorry for not making it clear enough in my previous message.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the expiry date of your code. I can confirm that the listing for all download codes on the Stars Catalogue did state the expiry date so this could be seen before purchase.
